Any one thing this card is usefull the way it is. i thought it can help decks with very especific combos or with lets say 50 cards. But at 3 domains that means that your deck should be allready working without it. I think it either should be cheaper or less domain cost even only 1 domain. Waht do youthink. Or is there any creative use that i dont see.

Massive Cycling like this is a very powerful mechanic, and I think 3 domain is the right place for it to be. For example, it would let you build a deck with 1-2 copies each of a bunch of situational cards and rely on the cycling to both get them as you need them and to prevent them from clogging your hand when they are useless.
