					 No, for the same reason I never use weather vane.  Either I put it on something to cheap and it is easy for my opponent to kill a valuable card or I put it on something expensive and give my opponent a chance to take out 2 expensive cards with a single spell.  Compare it to Faceless Lord, where for an extra flux I get a 1/4 creature.

					 I agree with kash.  Vessel of Cathil is also susceptible to both creature and enchantment removal, making it pretty easy to deal with.  I think it's quite a bit worse than Weather Vane, a card that I actually like.  Creatures are much easier to deal with than buildings.  Plus, your first play is going to be a building, so you have a guaranteed target for Weather Vane.  The target of Vessel of Cathil is sometimes unknown; sometimes it may be one creature, sometimes another.  This adds inconsistency to an already sub-par card.
